I'm Ashley, a hormonal health coach passionate about helping premenopausal women find hormonal balance and harmony. My mission is to show women that their periods don’t have to be painful or exhausting. Through personalized guidance rooted in nutrition and nature, I’m here to support you in embracing your body and living with vibrant health.

Based in Colorado, I am an avid outdoor enthusiast - enjoying hiking, trail running, cold river plunges, and cooking. My love for nature extends to my approach to health.

My Story

Like many women, I've experienced a rollercoaster of health issues throughout my twenties and thirties. For over a decade, I battled an eating disorder, constantly at war with my body and consumed by self-hatred. My body's natural rhythms were disrupted, culminating in a year without a period. To 'regulate things,' I was prescribed birth control, which ultimately exacerbated my hormonal issues. When I finally decided to take charge of my health and discontinue the pill, I was met with painful, heavy periods and a host of other PMS symptoms.

A demanding job once wreaked havoc on my health, leaving me so fatigued that even walking my dog was a struggle. Despite being told I was 'healthy' by medical professionals, I began to believe that these challenges were simply my fate as a woman.

Determined to break free from these cycles, I took matters into my own hands. While addressing my own hormonal issues with a functional medicine practitioner, I completed my training as a hormonal health coach. This journey helped me develop a personalized hormonal health protocol, through which I've experienced a remarkable transformation. I maintain a balanced diet while indulging in the foods I love, and my body has the energy to conquer mountain trails and build strength.

I've learned to embrace my cyclical nature as a woman and prioritize self-care, and my periods are now regular and nearly symptom-free.
