  • I help women who are dealing with PMS, endometriosis, painful periods, heavy periods, PMDD, PCOS, and irregular periods.

  • 95% of my practice is virtual, so don’t worry if you don’t live in Colorado! If you do happen to live locally, I’m happy to see you in person.

  • Hormonal shifts take time, which is why my program is 16 weeks. Improvements in PMS symptoms typically appear within 2-3 months, as hormone cycles adjust. Making changes without seeing immediate results can be discouraging, so I’m here to support and keep you on track. Lasting lifestyle and habit changes also require time, and having guidance early on helps prevent slipping back into old patterns. Shorter programs don’t provide the time needed for real, sustainable progress.

  • Absolutely! I'm committed to your ongoing success. After our 12-week program, we can discuss your needs and determine if additional support would be beneficial. We can tailor a maintenance plan that fits your schedule and provides the ongoing guidance you need to maintain your progress.

  • Unfortunately, I don't accept insurance at this time. My services are considered complementary or alternative health care, which may not be covered by traditional insurance plans.

    However, I am able to accept payment through your HSA or FSA.

  • I do!

  • I am a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I have completed their comprehensive health coaching program, along with an additional course on hormonal health.

    I've studied along experts like Deepak Chopra, Mark Hyman, Daniel Amen, Gabby Bernstein, Alisa Vitti, and more. This training has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide you on your journey to hormonal balance.

  • With so much health information available today, it can feel overwhelming to know where to start or what’s right for you. Plus, health isn't one-size-fits-all—everyone has unique needs.

    As your health coach, I’ll help you cut through the noise, find the information that’s relevant to you, and create a personalized plan that works for your body.
